Building Success Stories
Our Story
Recruitable was born out of real-world challenges, when businesses and professionals alike were navigating uncertainty in a post-pandemic world. Co-founders Cristian and Riccy faced this struggle head-on — witnessing talented friends in Colombia struggling to find opportunities while U.S. companies were cutting salaries and reducing headcounts.
Together, they realized they could do something to help—a bridge connecting U.S. businesses with exceptional talent in Colombia.

Our Values: What Drives Us
We believe that connecting businesses with international talent isn’t just about saving costs; it’s about creating opportunities for growth on both sides.
Our core values drive everything we do.
-
Human First, Always.
Every decision we make centers around the people we serve—our clients, our team, and the professionals we connect. Unlike the faceless algorithms of big platforms we’re real people dedicated to helping others grow.
-
Transparency in Every Step
We believe trust is built on honesty. From pricing to processes, we keep things clear and open, so our partners can feel confident about their decisions.
-
Partnership Over Transaction
We’re in this together. We don’t just “place” talent, we build partnerships that last. Our success is rooted in making sure both businesses and professionals succeed, long after the hire is made.
Our Mission
At Recruitable, we are committed to transforming the way small and growing businesses connect with top-tier talent. Our mission is simple: Make hiring international talent easy, human, and accessible.
We believe in empowering companies to scale confidently without sacrificing quality, while providing opportunities to highly skilled professionals in Colombia who deserve to thrive on a global stage. Because behind every great business are great people.

We’re here to build lasting relationship and provide the support that businesses and candidates need.
Together, let’s build a future where growth, quality, and success are attainable for everyone.
